This notice describes the information Frontline Amenities collects and uses when a merchant creates and operates a portal account.
Information we collect
We collect account and business details such as name, work email, company, optional phone number, policy acceptance, zone requests, support messages, login and security records, earnings-ledger entries, and transfer status. Stripe sends account identifiers and verification status, but bank details, identity documents, and tax information stay on Stripe-hosted systems.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, review requested territories, operate kiosks, calculate and reconcile merchant earnings, connect payees, prevent abuse, provide support, satisfy contractual and legal obligations, and improve the service.
Service providers and disclosures
We disclose only what is needed to providers that operate the portal, including Render for hosting and databases, the configured SMTP or transactional-email provider for account messages, and Stripe for connected-account and payment services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention and security
We retain account, ledger, transfer, audit, and contract-related records for as long as needed for the merchant relationship, reconciliation, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. We use access controls, encrypted transport, signed webhooks, hashed passwords, session revocation, and audited administrative actions, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access to or correction of your profile information and ask about deletion by emailing Info@FrontlineAmenities.com. Some financial, audit, security, or contractual records may need to be retained. You can update bank and payout details directly through Stripe's hosted dashboard.
