These terms govern access to Frontline Amenities' merchant portal. A separate signed merchant, host, or revenue-share agreement may add or replace commercial terms for a specific location.
1. Account eligibility and security
You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the company you register. Keep registration details accurate, protect login credentials, and notify Frontline promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Accounts are individual and may not be shared.
2. Zone requests
A zone request is a proposal for Frontline review. Submission or portal approval does not grant exclusivity, reserve a territory, guarantee a kiosk placement, or replace a signed commercial agreement.
3. Earnings records and transfers
Portal earnings are based on Frontline's verified kiosk and adjustment records and may be corrected for returns, disputes, reporting errors, or contractual reserves. A portal transfer moves available earnings to the connected Stripe account. Stripe separately controls payout timing to the external bank account.
4. Connected payee account
Payee onboarding and bank-account maintenance occur on Stripe-hosted pages and are also subject to Stripe's terms. You are responsible for keeping the connected account accurate, eligible, and controlled by the intended payee. Frontline does not collect bank routing numbers, identity documents, or tax IDs through this portal.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the portal, probe or bypass security controls, submit false location or payment information, interfere with another merchant, or use the service for unlawful activity. Frontline may suspend access while investigating security, compliance, ownership, or payment concerns.
6. Availability and changes
Frontline may maintain, change, or discontinue portal features and will use reasonable efforts to preserve ledger and account records. Material changes to these terms receive a new version and may require renewed acceptance.
7. Contact and governing agreement
Questions or disputes should be sent to Info@FrontlineAmenities.com. Any signed agreement between Frontline and your company controls if it conflicts with these portal terms. These terms should be reviewed with qualified counsel before live merchant onboarding.
